► Singapore-based digital investment platform Syfe raised a USD53m Series C+, led by two UK family offices, with follow-on from Unbound and Valar. #Asia

 

► Goldman Sachs led a USD30m Series B+ for Simetrik, a Colombia-based accounting services platform. #LatinAmerica

 

FUNDRAISING

► Mediterrania Capital Partners reached a EUR600m (~USD683m) final close for its fourth fund focused on investing in SMEs and mid-cap businesses across North and West Africa. #Africa

 

► China-based oil and gas enterprise Sinopec established a CNY5b (~USD690m) VC fund focused on hydrogen energy. #Asia

 

► Patria Investments raised BRL100m (~USD18m) for its first reforestation fund focused on projects in Brazil and Latin America. #LatinAmerica

 

► Rise Guyana reached a final close of USD29m for the first institutional real estate and infrastructure fund in Guyana. #LatinAmerica

► Navis Capital Partners agreed to exit Thailand-based smart card manufacturer dzcard Group via a sale to Toppan Security. #Asia

 

► Carlyle exited its 2.6% stake in India-based private sector lender Yes Bank for INR17.75b (~USD206m) via an open market transaction. #Asia
