With Quadria’s support, FV Hospital strengthened its clinical capabilities and expanded access to quality healthcare in Vietnam. The firm leveraged its regional network to build strategic partnerships, train medical staff and upgrade facilities. During Quadria’s investment, FV increased patient volume by 20%, bed capacity by nearly 30% and grew revenue and EBITDA by 15% and 19%, respectively. The hospital also advanced women’s health through its Obstetrics and Gynecology Department and Breast Care Clinic, upgrading its maternity ward in 2022 to support nearly 1,000 births annually. Women comprise over 70% of FV’s workforce and 65% of senior management, empowered by maternity and childcare policies that include six-month maternity leave and additional financial support.
