► Stonepeak Partners reached a USD3.3b final close for its first Asia Infrastructure Fund focused on communications, transport, logistics and energy assets in the region. #Asia
EXITS
► GIC sold a 24% stake in India-based IRB Infrastructure Trust to Spanish infrastructure development firm Ferrovial for EUR740m (~USD810m). GIC will retain a 25% stake following the transaction. The InvIT owns a portfolio of 14 highway assets across the country. #Asia
