Gulf Capital | ART Fertility Clinics

NewsWatch-1

In January 2020, Gulf Capital acquired a controlling stake in ART Fertility Clinics (formerly IVI Middle East), a UAE-based provider of assisted reproductive technologies and IVF services. At the time of investment, the company operated three clinics and had one of the highest clinical success rates in the region.

With Gulf Capital’s support, ART expanded across the UAE and India, launched a state-of-the-art genetics laboratory in Abu Dhabi and established plans to enter Saudi Arabia. In 2024, the company completed approximately 5,200 IVF cycles and reported an approximate cumulative pregnancy rate of 70% and a live birth rate of 50%. Between 2020 and 2025, ART’s Middle East revenues grew from approximately USD30m to USD70m, while EBITDA increased from approximately USD10m to USD30m.
