30 July 2025 | Virtual

#GPCAEvents

From climate to supply chains to financial inclusion, this Member Meetup looks at investors — LPs, co-investors and direct investors — considering non-financial outcomes alongside financial returns. Members interested in building relationships with thematic and impact investors active in global private markets are encouraged to participate.

During the one-hour session, GPCA Members will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive Q&A.

Member Meetups are designed to connect private capital players, including fund, institutional, corporate and development finance investors, for unscripted sharing on market trends around the world.

In November 2021, Foursan Group invested in Jo Academy, a Jordan-based online learning platform that offers both live and pre-recorded classes. Students can access a variety of courses through an electronic portal accompanied by books, supplemental educational materials and technical assistance.

With Foursan’s support, Jo Academy expanded its content from the first to eleventh grade to include university and international courses and began utilizing AI and adaptive learning tools. The platform connects students, teachers and parents, offering personalized insights into student performance. Since Foursan’s investment, Jo Academy has grown from 83 to 478 employees as of October 2024, and the percentage of women has increased from 30% to 43%. Designed as an affordable alternative to in-person educational centers, Jo Academy primarily serves low- to middle-income families and currently offers free access to 8,000 gifted students at no cost.
