► KKR agreed to acquire 100% of Medicover Hospitals India, an India-based multi-specialty hospital network, at an enterprise value of EUR1.2b (~USD1.4b). #Asia

► Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, through its Growth Markets Fund II (GMF II), reached financial close on La Esperanza Solar, a Mexico-based 420 MWdc solar and 750 MWh battery storage project, with ~USD510m in debt financing from BNP Paribas, JPMorgan Chase Bank, Natixis CIB, Santander and Scotiabank. #LatinAmerica

► Mubadala Investment Company, Woven Capital and Ion Pacific led a USD250m Series C for Moove, a UAE-based, Nigeria-founded mobility company, at a reported USD2.1b valuation, with participation from BlueCrest Capital Management, Sona Asset Management, The Raptor Group and others. #MiddleEast

► Proparco, DEG, IDB Invest, Allianz Credit Emerging Markets Fund, ILX Fund and Banco de América Central provided USD140m in long-term financing to Torrecom Partners, a Latin America-based telecommunications tower operator. #LatinAmerica

► Vertex Ventures SEA & India, Vertex Growth and other institutional investors led a USD130m Series B for Acrab, a Singapore-based agentic AI compute infrastructure platform. #Asia

► Elev8 Venture Partners and Claypond Capital led a USD120m Series C for River Mobility, an India-based electric two-wheeler company. #Asia

► Greenoaks, Benchmark and Diffusion Capital led a USD85m seed investment in Decade, a Brazil-based AI-native wealth advisory platform, with participation from other investors. #LatinAmerica

► Patria Investments led a ~USD60m debt and equity investment in Duppla, a Colombia-based housing financing platform, with participation from Skandia Planeación Financiera, Cometa, Grupo Pegasus, Nazca and others. #LatinAmerica

► The Emerging Africa & Asia Infrastructure Fund, managed by Ninety One, agreed to provide up to USD50m in senior secured debt financing to Ukko Renewable, a Southeast Asia-based renewable energy platform developing wind, solar and hydropower projects across Vietnam, the Philippines and other regional markets. #Asia

► Lightrock led an INR3.22b (~USD33.8m) investment in Mahindra Last Mile Mobility, an India-based electric three-wheeler company, with participation from International Finance Corporation and India-Japan Fund. The investment valued the company at INR108.22b (~USD1.14b). #Asia

► AlphaCode Venture Partners led a USD22m Series A for Moment, a pan-African payment infrastructure company, with follow-on from General Catalyst and MultiChoice, as well as participation from Canal+. #Africa

► Ethereal Ventures and Further Ventures led a USD5.5m pre-seed investment in Bundle, a UAE-based Web3 rewards platform, with participation from Nascent, GSR, Scenius Capital, Anchorage Digital and Nuwa Capital. #MiddleEast

► Galaxy Digital led the first close of a Series B for Soter Insure, a UAE-based digital asset insurance provider, with participation from Coinbase Ventures and Franklin Templeton, as well as follow-on from Brevan Howard Digital and other existing investors. #MiddleEast

EXITS

► CICC Capital Management, Legend Capital and Yunfeng-backed CXMT, a China-based memory chip manufacturer, raised CNY57.92b (~USD8.6b) through an IPO on Shanghai’s STAR Market. #Asia

► Peak XV Partners and Elevation Capital partially exited Meesho, an India-listed e-commerce marketplace, through block deals, each selling shares for INR9.75b (~USD102m). The investors sold a combined 2.27% stake for INR19.49b (~USD205m). #Asia

► Beltone Venture Capital partially exited BirdNest, an Egypt-based hospitality marketplace, generating a 3.5x return on invested capital and an 80% IRR over a two-year holding period. #Africa

FUNDRAISING

► Piper Serica reached an INR3b (~USD31.5m) first close for its Bharat Tech Fund, focused on technology companies across semiconductors, defence, spacetech, fintech, robotics, biosciences and advanced electronics in India. The vehicle has an INR8b (~USD84.1m) target. #Asia

► Swedfund committed USD12m to Acumen Resilient Agriculture Fund II, an impact fund managed by Acumen Capital Partners focused on agribusiness and food companies supporting climate resilience for smallholder farmers across Africa. #Africa

► Blue Earth Capital reached a second close for its dedicated impact secondaries strategy, with commitments exceeding USD200m to date. New investors include Builders Vision, iAlumbra Capital and Sonen Capital. #Global

► British International Investment committed USD20m to the Africa50 Infrastructure Acceleration Fund, which reached a ~USD330m fourth close. The fund invests in infrastructure projects and platforms across Africa, including power and energy, water and sanitation, transport and logistics and digital and social infrastructure. #Africa
