FUNDRAISING
► CVC Capital Partners reached a USD6.8b final close for its sixth Asia fund focused on control, co-control and partnership investments in core consumer and services sectors across the region. #Asia
► Partech Partners reached a EUR280m (~USD300m) final close for its second Africa fund. The vehicle will support seed to Series C rounds for startups focused on education, mobility, finance, healthcare, delivery and energy across the region. #Africa
► Private equity investor AINDA Energia & Infraestructura launched two parallel funds with targets of MXN10.5b (~USD618m) and USD200m to invest in Mexico and Colombia, respectively. Sectors of interest include transportation, logistics, mobility, water, oil, gas and electricity. #LatinAmerica
