▸ CROSS-BORDER | Goldman Sachs Alternatives led a USD110m Series C for Taktile, a New York- and Berlin-based AI decisioning platform for financial institutions, with participation from Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, Tiger Global, YC and Dig Ventures.

  • Taktile will use part of the proceeds to expand across Latin America.

▸ Citius led a USD85m Series D for ADDI, a Colombian point-of-sale lending and financial services platform, with co-lead from BTG Pactual and participation from GIC, monashees and others.

  • ADDI secured a USD150m structured credit facility led by JP Morgan in April 2026.

▸ DEBT | Victory Park Capital provided a USD50m financing facility to Digitt, a Mexico-based credit card debt refinancing platform for prime borrowers.

 

▸ Haun Ventures led a USD30m Series A at a reported ~USD180m valuation for Jota, a Brazilian AI-enabled digital account and conversational financial assistant for entrepreneurs, with participation from HOF Capital, Alter Global and Greyhound Capital.

 

▸ DEBT | BBVA Spark and SixPoint Capital provided a ~USD22.8m credit facility to Baubap, a Mexican digital microloan platform.

 

▸ Valor Capital Group led a USD18m Series A for Aviva, a Mexican neobank and microcredit platform for underserved communities, with participation from IDB Lab, Caravela Capital, Endeavor Forward and follow-on from Wollef, IGNIA, Krealo and Newtopia.

 

▸ CVC | Krealo, Credicorp’s corporate venture capital arm, led a USD5.2m seed round for Blanco Financiero, a Chilean AI-enabled factoring platform for SMEs founded by former Xepelin co-founder Diego Contreras.

 

▸ CROSS-BORDER | Fabric Ventures led a ~USD2.9m pre-seed round for Zeom, a London-based global account and investment platform founded by Brazilians, with participation from Plug and Play and Tritemius.

 

▸ AGTECH | SiloReal, an Argentina-based agtech platform digitizing grain stocks to make agricultural assets verifiable, insurable and financeable, raised a USD2.5m round from Draper Cygnus, Xperiment, Innventure, Galicia Ventures and BYMA Ventures.

 

▸ FOODTECH | Capibara Fideicomiso de Impacto invested USD1m at a reported USD16m valuation in Ecoterra, a Chilean foodtech producing pasture-raised eggs, dairy products, proteins and coffee.

 

▸ AI | Magma Partners and Matterscale Ventures co-led a USD500k pre-seed round for Bianca AI, a Buenos Aires-based AI commercial intelligence platform for CPG companies.

 

▸ HEALTHTECH | Impact Ventures PSM Seed, operated by Impacta VC, invested in ANA Care, a Mexico-based homecare software platform using AI to train, support and connect caregivers.

▸ B Venture Capital reached a USD7m final close for BVC Fund III, its third early-stage fund to invest in pre-seed and seed B2B and AI startups across Latin America.

  • The fund has already deployed capital into eight startups and expects to build a portfolio of 20-22 companies, with initial tickets of USD150k-200k.

▸ M&A | Kikos, a Brazilian fitness equipment company, acquired GuruPass, a Brazilian fitness access platform connecting users with gyms and sports studios, in a cash-and-stock deal for an undisclosed amount.

  • The transaction involved the buyout of stakes from angel and private-capital investors, including Estáter, Nébula and an a16z scout fund.

▸ IPO | Securitize, a US-based tokenization infrastructure platform for real-world assets, listed on the NYSE through a business combination with Cantor Equity Partners II.

  • The transaction valued Securitize at a reported USD1.25b pre-money equity value.
  • NXTP participated in Securitize’s USD12.75m Series A in 2018, alongside Coinbase Ventures, Ripple and Global Brain; other investors include BlackRock, ARK Invest, Blockchain Capital, Hamilton Lane, Jump Crypto, Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Tradeweb Markets.
