Funds-VB-Header

▸ William Cordeiro and Diego Gomes of SaaSholic are proposing a new financial metric to measure capital efficiency in venture portfolios- cost of ARR (cARR).

  • Unlike round-based signals or liquidity-dependent metrics such as MOIC and IRR, cARR can be tracked monthly and reflects company performance independent of exit markets.
  • SaaSholic argues that LatAm VC may show particularly strong cARR outcomes compared with other regions, spotlighting capital efficiency as a potential regional edge.

▸ Headline launched Headline Prime I, a FIP (Fundo de Investimento em Participações) listed on B3 and managed by XP.
