FUNDRAISING
► GEF Capital Partners reached a BRL1.05b (~USD214m) final close for GEF LatAm Climate Solutions Fund III. The fund will invest in middle-market companies focused on opportunities addressing climate change and pollution in Brazil. #LatinAmerica
EXITS
► General Atlantic fully exited 360 ONE (formerly IIFL Wealth Management), an India-based wealth and alternates-focused asset management firm, by selling its remaining 1.16% stake. General Atlantic sold a 3.55% stake in December 2022. #Asia
► Baring Private Equity Asia sold a 19.4% stake in India-based cash management and payment solutions provider CMS Info Systems via a share sale on the BSE for INR10.7b (~USD129.1m). #Asia
► Bain Capital and Advent International exited Quest Global, a Singapore-based engineering services company, through a secondary sale to The Carlyle Group. Bain and Advent first invested in the company in 2016. #Asia
► Capitalworks fully exited IQbusiness, a South Africa-based management and technology consulting firm, through a sale to Reunert ICT. #Africa
