GPCA CEO Cate Ambrose recently participated in the Indian Venture and Alternate Capital Association (IVCA) Conclave 2025, joining a panel discussion on Navigating the Secondary Surge: Unlocking Value in India's Evolving Investment Landscape. The session featured insights from GPCA Member co-panelists, including HarbourVest Partners' Dominic Goh, Cooley LLP’s Sean Murphy and StepStone Group’s David Huang. GPCA also hosted a private dinner for Leadership Circle members and invited LPs.

Looking ahead, GPCA will partner with IVCA for its flagship conference, Global Private Captial Conference, where India will be a key focus. The event will feature discussions on private capital opportunities in India and feature GPCA Board Members Gaurav Trehan, CEO of KKR India and Renuka Ramanath, Founder of Multiples, among other Indian investors.

GPCA Singapore hosted a private member training on GP-led secondaries led by White & Case partners Anthony Wong and Nadan Sehic. The session covered key drivers of GP-led transactions, from LP liquidity to retaining high-performing assets, common structures, legal documentation and critical deal terms. Participants came away with a deeper understanding of GP-led recapitalizations and the legal considerations involved.
